Will I receive an agreement and an invoice?
Yes. On completion, we sign a contract for the commissioned work with a transfer of copyright and issue a VAT invoice to a company or an individual.
How do you calculate the page count from the number of characters, including spaces?
We assume that one standard manuscript page contains 1,800 characters. We divide the total character count by 1,800 to obtain the number of pages used in the calculation.
What types of text count as narration?
Primarily promotional films, explainers, webinars, training materials, podcasts, event scripts and personal projects.
Does the narration licence (copyright) have no time limit?
Yes. For this type of recording, we transfer copyright without a time limit.
Where can I use this recording?
These recordings can be used online and at events, distributed on CD/DVD, and included in presentations or training materials.
How is the studio cost calculated?
Studio time costs PLN 200 excluding VAT per hour or part thereof. We add the recording time, rounded up to whole hours, to the post-production time, also rounded up, and multiply the total by the hourly rate.
How is the cost of telephone recordings calculated?
The cost depends on the option selected. A telephone system recording of up to 10 messages has a fixed rate based on the price group. For a customer service system with more than 10 messages, a fee applies to each additional message.
Can I order different voices for telephone messages?
Yes, you can select different voices for the messages, although this may affect the production cost.
Can I use the recording commercially?
If you plan to use the recording commercially, select the appropriate category, such as “Films” or “Events”. “Personal use” applies only to non-commercial personal projects.
